Payment and refunds
How to buy
Click “Buy the course” on the site or open c‑bx.ru/en/buy. Enter your email, accept the terms of service and click “Proceed to payment”. There is no need to sign up in advance: the account is created automatically.
If you already have an account, sign in first. The new course will appear in the same account.
A promo code is entered in the checkout window via the “Have a promo code?” link. The discount is shown before payment.
Payment
Payment takes place on a secure Robokassa page — the payment service the site uses. Card details are entered only there and are not passed to c‑bx.ru.
Robokassa shows which methods are available for your card and country on the payment page.
Prices and payment are in Russian roubles. Amounts in Belarusian roubles, euros and dollars on the site are for reference only, converted at the Central Bank of Russia rate. If your card is in another currency, your bank calculates the final charge.
Receipt
After payment, an electronic receipt is sent to the email address given at checkout.
Access to the course
The course opens right after payment: the site takes you to your account. The password is sent by email, and your email is your login. Access to a purchased course does not expire.
You can watch the course on three devices, one at a time.
If something goes wrong
If the payment failed and no money was charged, try again or choose another payment method.
If money was charged but the course did not open, or the password email did not arrive, check your spam folder and write to hello@c-bx.ru from the address you used for the order. We will check the payment and open access.
Refunds
You can get your money back for the course at any time. Within 14 days of payment you do not need to give a reason.
How much we refund
The course price minus the videos you have already watched. If you have not started watching, you get everything back.
A video counts as watched if you have actually watched 10% or more of it. Seeking and marking a video as done without watching do not count. The introductory video is free for everyone and is not counted.
The deduction is based on length. For example, the course costs 10,900 roubles and the paid videos run 123 minutes. If videos totalling 38 minutes count as watched, we keep 3,367 roubles and refund 7,533 roubles.
How to request a refund
Write to hello@c-bx.ru from the address the order was placed with. We will tell you which videos were counted and how much you will get back. The money is returned by the same method you paid with within 10 days. After a refund, access to the course is closed.
