I have never played. Can I do this?
The course starts from zero: how to sit, where to strike, how to keep your hands relaxed. You do not need to read music. Everything is filmed from two angles, and you can return to any point of the recording.
Do I need my own instrument?
Yes, you need a hang: your own, borrowed or rented. You can watch the lessons without one, but the course is practical, and without an instrument it will not do you much good.
How do I buy the course?
Press «Buy» on the course page and enter your email. There is no need to sign up first: the account is created for you, the password arrives by email, and after payment you land straight in the course.
How much do I need to practise?
Twenty minutes every other day is a normal pace. A short session today beats a long one someday.
Will the course close later?
No. A purchased course stays with you, with no expiry.
How does feedback work?
Your account has a form: attach audio or video and say what to pay attention to. The teacher replies in writing. The answer arrives by email and appears in your account.
What currency do I pay in?
Always in roubles. The currency switcher in the header converts prices at the Central Bank rate, just for reference.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase, and there is no need to explain why. Write to the email in the site footer and we will refund you the same way you paid.
Can I watch on my phone?
Yes. You can even install the site as an app: the browser will offer «Add to Home Screen».
How many devices can I use?
You can open your account on three devices, for example a laptop, a phone and a tablet. Lessons can be watched on only one of them at a time. When you sign in from a new device, we email you a code to make sure it is really you. You can remove a device you no longer use in your profile.
Forgot your password?
The sign-in page has a «Forgot your password?» link that sends you a reset email. You cannot change the account email yourself because receipts are tied to it. Write to us if you need to.
