Privacy policy

This policy describes what data c-bx.ru (sole proprietor M. V. Kuznetsov, OGRNIP 318505300007257) collects, why it is needed and what happens to it. We only collect what the courses cannot work without.

What we store

Account. Email address (it is also your sign-in and where receipts go), name, password as an irreversible hash, and optionally a phone number and an avatar. We record the date and IP address of your acceptance of the terms and this policy, because we must be able to prove it.

Purchases. Order contents, amount in roubles, date. Your card details never reach us: they are processed by the payment provider on their side.

Learning. Playback position and lesson completion — so a course opens where you left off. Recordings you send for review and the instructor’s replies.

Security. When you sign in we store the IP address and browser name; the recent sign-in journal is visible to the administrator and helps investigate if someone else uses your account.

Cookies

The site sets three cookies of its own: the sign-in session, the selected currency and the analytics-consent flag. Details are in the cookie policy.

Analytics

Traffic is measured by Yandex Metrica — only after your explicit consent in the banner. Until you agree, the counter does not load at all.

Emails

Service emails (receipts, password changes, instructor replies) go to everyone: the service does not work without them. Emails about new courses go only to those who opted in; you can unsubscribe via the link in any such email or in your profile.

Who we share data with

Nobody except technically necessary contractors: hosting, email service, payment provider. We do not sell data or hand it over for third-party advertising.

How long we keep it

Account data — for as long as the account exists. Order records — for the periods the law sets for payment documents. The sign-in journal — the last ten entries.

Your rights

You change your name, phone and avatar yourself in the profile. Email is changed by us on request — it is tied to receipts. You can request a copy of your data or deletion of the account: write to the support address in the site footer. Deletion does not cover data we are required to keep by law.
